Each gathering is intended to foster growth in faith through fellowship, scripture, discussion, and leadership development. Our Y.G. program is called t.b.d. (Think, Believe, Do). It's designed to help youth think about relevant faith topics in order to understand what they believe so that they can live out their beliefs faithfully. We also play games, including trivia, minute to win it, and other youth-appropriate fun. Parents/Guardians are welcome to stay. 

Our Youth Group volunteers are committed to a judgment-free zone in order to foster an environment of faith exploration, learning, and fun that will encourage a lifelong commitment to faith. Each Youth Leader is Safe Gathering certified with background checks and appropriate boundaries training.

All of our youth are invited and encouraged to join the First UMC Kids on Sundays after worship to help with Sunday School. We believe this helps to foster inter-generational relationships and leadership skills that will follow them through their lives. If you want more information or have questions click the link below.
